Inspection Comments | The sprayer hose appears to be missing a vacuum breaker. I will contact the food supervisor for a plumber to verify. Also the can opener blade was clean, however it is beginning to become worn with a groove that allows metal slivers to develop when opening the can. Replace the blade. |
HACCP Topic: Norovirus. I will send another norovirus clean up for the maintenance crew at the school. |
